the staff were really nice too be helpful!!! every request i made was delivered with ease and friendliness. they showed genuine customer service. it, very welcome!

air con was a bit of a battle. it would go from perfect to arctic at odd times. i also noticed internal noise from surrounding guests. for the price and style of the hotel, the tiny shower head was a bit disappointing.

the room i received was quite small it barely had enough space for my luggage. housekeeping was also inconsistent . the room wasn't cleaned properly some days it wasn't even vacuumed or mopped. this was disappointing considering the price i paid

i found the staff to be quite helpful throughout my stay. they promptly addressed a minor issue with my air conditioning. the continental breakfast provided a sufficient start to the day, it included a variety of options.

the room was smaller than i anticipated. there wasn't much space for luggage storage. the water pressure in the shower was quite low, it made showering less comfortable.
